To confirm your reservation, send the first night's rate and $175 (cleaning/security deposit) within the week. We'll send an acknowledgement and contract that you will also give the place TLC so the security deposit could be refunded. We'll also describe how the "no snow clause" works if mother nature is unkind. With so much to do in the area, we can't imagine that anyone would want to use the "no snow clause".

Within 30 days prior to your arrival and prior to your arrival on the property, the balance of the reservation rate should be paid in full. Be sure to include your mailing address. We'll send you a key with specific directions to the Condo so you can settle in as soon as you arrive.

We're so old fashioned that we accept only personal checks or money orders but no credit cards (helps keep the rates lower anyway).

If you must cancel your reservation, please email us as soon as possible so we can put those dates back in the hopper.
